Artist Statement
My work is an exploration of the relationship between human and technology, their interaction and how they influence each other. To build a different expressive form I use hand assembled models, photography and computer programming languages. My art is intended to provoke thought and emotion of questions: “Are we gradually becoming a new type of person – Homo technicus?”; “How much are we Homo and how much are we Technicus?”; “What type of Homo technicus are we?”; “Who do we “work for” when we are online?”; “How much time do we spend on people and how much on technology?”.
