Artist Statement
In a society that consumes information at an unprecedented pace, my writing invites readers to pause from their daily routines, challenging them with nuanced linguistic obstacles and presenting new ways to deconstruct the traditional book format. I celebrate the bizarre and the exaggerated, providing a voice for those who do not conform to society norms. The sounds of my writing play with multiplicity and change, traversing somber landscapes where we might encounter something profoundly strange or beautiful. I take particular interest in integrating words with visual arts such as painting and photography, as well as with theater. I am always in search of what could be truly brilliant.
