Belgrade Art Studio is delighted to welcome Hosna Karnama, an artist from Behshahr in Iran for the August 2018 residency in Belgrade.

She holds a MA with honors in Graphic design and have twelve years of experience running her own art studio, sale and teaching experience in university.

Currently, she runs her own art studio and doing performances in some galleries. Her paintings have been exhibited in many local and national galleries. She has private shows across the country and at the moment her artworks are featured on a series of journals and notebooks for sale in Emergeast and Arthibition.

She has a unique perspective on life and art that is influenced and inspired by passion and conflict. Her artworks evoke emotions that have been drawn from her experiences traveling the globe. and Her paintings and drawings offer something important to  viewers, which makes them think and having a new experience of Iranian culture and Iranian modern art.
