Belgrade Art Studio is delighted to welcome acclaimed Social Art practitioner and filmmaker Ivo Aichenbaum for the Spring 2017 residency in Belgrade. Ivo comes from Argentina and he is a director of URSA estudio, where he works on independent films and audiovisual projects for artists and institutions.

After reviewing many applications, Ivo is chosen for the excellent, high-quality work and commitment to the development of his individual practices. Belgrade Art Studio program will facilitate an artist residency that provides artists with an incubator space to create excellent artwork in a dynamic environment within the Belgrade creative community.

His project is International Journal which aims to rescue the valuable aspects and problematize the mistakes making an audiovisual testimony with the objective of rethink alternatives to leftist politics on a post-fordist world.
